CaptchaSolved provides an API service for solving TikTok captchas including puzzle slide, rotate, and 3D shapes challenges. The Service is provided "as is" for automation and development purposes.

- Keep your API key confidential and secure
- Not share, sell, or transfer your API key to others

5. Payment and Credits
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits never expire
- One API key per purchase; sharing is prohibited
- Prices are subject to change with notice
6. API Usage Limits
- Rate limit: 100 requests per minute per API key
- Excessive abuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension
- We reserve the right to modify rate limits as needed
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CAPTCHASOLVED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
